All sales are final. Because we offer a fully functional 7-day trial at no cost, please make sure RingLight meets your needs before you buy.

If something goes wrong

If your product key doesn't work, we'll put it right. If you were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake, we'll refund the extra payment. Contact us and we'll help.

When a purchase is refunded, its product key stops working, and the PC it's on goes back to the trial.
