Q: Does this actually work?

A: Absolutely. However, environmental light conditions, screen-size, and other factors will influence the effectiveness. If you are already in a brightly lit room, this product may not be a good fit for your needs.

Q: What are the system requirements?

A: RingLight should run on any Windows 10 or Windows 11 (x86, x64) Sytem

Q: Once I purchase, how long will it take to get the application?

A: You should recieve confirmation notice and an email link to download with the Ringlight.exe at the time of purchase. If not, please contact us immediately.

Q: Do you offer refund?

A: Generally speaking, no. We do offer a 7 day trial at no cost, so please ensure the trial application meets your needs prior to purchase.

Q: Can I install this on more than one computer?

A: Yes. You may run the application on any computer that you personally own.
